South African Universities Postgraduate students are invited to participate in the online Youth Dialogues with students from Ukraine.

The event aims to allow students from different continents to reflect on the humanitarian crisis caused by the Russian invasion of Ukraine, countering the negative impact of the crisis caused by the war and on the conditions for Just and Lasting Peace for Ukraine and South Africa.

The dialogues are organised by the Institute of Justice and Reconciliation (IJR), Ukrainian Association of South Africa (UAZA), Resilient Ukraine and Desmond and Leah Tutu Legacy Foundation (DLTLF).

The participants should be Master level or the last years of the undergraduate level registered at South African or Ukrainian University

The format will include 10 minute introduction, 30 min introductory messages from Ukrainian and South African civil society representatives, 30 min small group discussion and 50 min of debates on the conditions of the Just Lasting Peace.
